Mind is the king in the body, mind is the king in the physical, astral, and causal world. All Rishis and Munis, all gods and goddesses, angels, and avataras became prey to the mind and could not get rid of the tentacles of the mind – attachment, lust, ego, everything is still there. Everything is there – whatever exists here in the physical form, that is also there in the astral, and accordingly above in the causal plane.
Those who stress at the place between and behind the eye-brows and try to meditate by themselves, or practise various yogas, go into the chakras and enter into the astral plane. The chakras are controlled by astral forces that reveal themselves as gods and goddesses or angels. They are not conscious and of no help to man since they do not know the Father. They are of no use. They can only fulfill your wishes.
Many people go down into the body, their Kundalini-power opens and, coming from the spine, it rises from behind to the top of the head. The light and sound one experiences there is negative, it has nothing to do with the experience given by a competent Master.
In the astral plane there is a big illusion, there is excessive light, and the soul is caught there. There are miraculous powers ("riddhis" and "siddhis") like very attractive flowers scattered on the floor. You need not even pick them up, if you only look at them, you will be affected and come back from the astral plane with these supernatural powers. Those who meditated in the astral plane brought black magic, spiritual healing, mesmerism, and hypnotism into the world, they did Kundalini-Yoga and lots of things just to influence others. Nowadays a countless number of teachers are leading meditation-courses without competence to guide inside. Even if they don't call themselves masters, their followers take them as such.
People call one who shows miracles a holy person. He is not a holy person. Kabir says, he is an evil-doer, he has come to mislead you. All these things are purely negative and hindrances in the spiritual way.
