People say, all Saints are one. But there are different categories: There are those who go up to the third stage, they are called "Sadh". Those who go to the fifth plane are called "Sant". And those who go to the higher stages are called "Param Sant". He who reaches the last stage is one with the Almighty Godpower (Sat Purusha). But people do not differentiate. To a man who goes to the first plane, the second and the third stage is fully closed. He says "This (first) stage is the final one." A man who goes to the second plane says, "No, there is one more to the first plane." He went higher, but the third one is closed to him. Those who left all these places, transcended all those planes, and went to the highest plane, they said, "No, the reality is much more."
But when the Saint even travels through all these regions (Alakh and Agam) which are located above the fifth plane (plane of pure consciousness) and goes up to the eighth plane (Anami), He is called "Param Sant" or "Almighty Power". The Almighty Power is the controller of all the universe. It works at one time in all these planes. The Param Sant is full of grace. If He performs His work in the world, it has its special meaning. He takes the soul back to God on a direct way without stoppage.
Almighty God, Almighty Power or Param Sant are not only mere terms, but the competence is also there. He gives all assurance, all help. Wherever He goes, He takes the souls back. And how He does it? He takes work from them to make them perfect.
One who has known the Sat Purush (or the Primal Cause), is a Satguru (or Master of Truth). He is beyond the sway both of Dissolution (Kal or Time) and Grand Dissolution (Maha Kal or Greater Time), and is competent to lead the aspirants to this stage.
